Below is an unsolicited email from one of our customers that I thought I would share:
"We want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to the Demco staff. We arrived on June 15, 2010 in our Class A motorhome towing our Suzuki. We have a Demco hitch/tow bar system. Your team gave us the royal treatment......First the receptionist was more than welcoming and accomodating. Second, Darwin Hulls came out to our rig and spent 1 1/2 hours refurbishing our tow bar; Third, during this time we were priviliged to have been taken on a complete and fabulous tour of yur facilities, Fourth, Scott Johnsen provided Darwin with extra pins and safety clips, a new cover for the tow bar.....All this at NO CHARGE to us!
We couldnt believe it. May we say that you have lived up to your mission statement/vision: STRIVE.
Thank you for the excellent customer servcie. We will always buy Demco and will certainly talk about our experience and your great service to all the RV'ers we come across."
